Demystifying Email

Over the years, I've learned a lot about email, so I didn't really find anything new in this assignment, but it was good to review it all at once, and all in one place. Most of what I've learned has come from trial and error, coming across information on the internet, or getting company-wide emails warning against the use of the "Reply All" button. Most of my personal experience has been very basic, but I think I've used most of the functions at least once. When I was working in a call center, I had to set up my own email, complete with signature, for emailing other employees and the occasional customer. It was nice being able to put those skills to use for this assignment!
